Project Setting
Manufacture and introduction of new products into job-order production are performed in several stages. At the beginning, there is the requirement (setting) of the client, his idea, drawings, product sample or the development department requirement. On the basis of the materials supplied, our designers co-operate with development section engineers to set up a virtual 3D model of the product.This model includes all the requirements of the client and it may possibly include several variants of solution with most aspects of the future product, like e.g. Material used, surface, surface treatment, etc. In products development, our employees aim mainly at the product functionality, product design and its final price.
Calculation
The price calculation processing phase follows approval of technical specification of the model by the client. The project calculation includes direct and indirect costs connected with required product manufacture according to standard procedures of the company MIVOKOR s.r.o. In case of the client to require production of samples and their testing, it is also included in the calculation. The sales expert processes an offer and consequently presents it to the client.
Construction
In case of the price offer to be accepted by the client, the construction department starts to prepare the materials for production.
Our designers use the Autodesk Inventor program to draw a 3D final model of the product and they prepare the drawing documentation.
Then, our development department manufactures the first functional prototype, to be tested in compliance with client´s requirements for its functionality, durability and load-carrying capacity.
In case of products from the interior equipment product line, the products are tested in salt bath and their functionality is consulted with main purchasers.
In case of technological units supplies, more samples are manufactured as a standard. The samples are provided to the client to be tested directly in his operation conditions.
Manufacture
In case of the sample to fulfil all and any requirements, the final part of manufacture preparation starts. The last change proposals are included in the drawing documentation and production preparations are being prepared, Then, the product manufacture starts.
Service
The manufactured products are supplied to our central warehouse respectively dispatched to the client.
Natural features of our service include:
- complex supply of products including possible accessories
- the products are offered as a complete set including product marking, possibly including the accessories supplied by the client.
- products transport to the client
- transport to clients is arranged by our own transport means of the categories 1,5 MT, 3 MT, 6 MT, 12 MT and 24 MT.
- distribution of products to individual shops
- fixed-term supplies of your products to the location as specified by our client.

Assemblage of products supplied by our company at the client, with the possibility of individual distribution.
